Fourteen anglers showed up at Middle River on May 19, 2013 for the first of a six tournament delta run.
The delta wind blew and made it a tough outing for everyone with only a handful of limits hitting the scale. But the sun was shining and we were fishing so all was good!
At the end of the day Rob Linden had the big bag and was victorious for the second straight year at Middle River with 13.10 pounds for his best five. Rob reported cathing his limit on a frog early in the day.
Second place went to Mitch Teman who got Senko fish and spinnerbait fish for a limit weighing in at 11.92 pounds.
Third place was Taylor Capilla with 10.23 pounds for his best five using a sweet beaver. And Dave "Swampy" Ryle finished first out of the money in fourth, but took home the big fish money with a fat 4.12 pound fish caught on a blade!
